Spring marks a time of renewal and growth, as we prepare together for the warmth of summer. In this gathering, we’ll come together to honour the land and celebrate its transition into the new season. Our mornings will be spent working side by side, getting the land ready for the summer months ahead. In community spirit, we’ll co-create our afternoons and evenings using the open space method, giving everyone the chance to contribute (see FAQ for more details).

Arrival/Departure
Please arrive on Sunday afternoon/evening (there is a bus arriving from Lisbon at 19:20). 
After arrival we have dinner together. The gathering ends on Friday midday. Space permitting, you are welcome to stay on for the weekend. Please check with me before booking your travel!

Facilities/Accommodation
The accommodation will be in shared sleeping spaces in the main house.

Food
All food during the week will be cooked together and is shared (vegan)

Location:
The Quinta Project, Marvão, Portugal

Price: 
All gatherings are free to attend. We ask for a deposit of €100 to secure your space. This deposit will be returned to you when you attend the gathering. If you fail to attend, we will donate the deposit to ILGA Portugal. You will not be charged for food or accommodation. We cannot cover travel expenses to/from the Quinta.

Registration process:
This is a living, experimental space where we work together to practice and model the kind of interactions we wish to see more of in the world. Before applying, please consider whether or not you are committed to participating in a way that honours and celebrates the multi-faceted mission of the Quinta and that you are willing to co-create the week with your fellow participants.

Once you have sent in the application form, I’ll contact you to set up a Zoom call for us. During the call, we can talk about any questions you may have. You then have a guaranteed place, upon receipt of your deposit.
