@Lazuli and @Kevin are proposing a “Growers’ and Gardeners’ Tea Time” for anyone interested in plants, trees, herbs, vegetables etc., who would like to share what they do, where, what and how they grow and enjoy connecting with others interested in planing, growing and enjoying.
So if you are into wild patches, guerrilla gardening, creating your vegetable garden or sharing about permaculture setups (or would like to become interested), this is for you!

The TQP Book Club: Edward Carpenter
This time the TQP Book Club will talk about Edward Carpenter and their works. Carpenter was an English utopian socialist, poet, philosopher, anthologist, early activist for gay rights, prison reform, and advocated vegetarianism.

Party with LGBTQ+ Expats, Immigrants & Friends in Portugal
Our first joint “party” with the Facebook group LGBTQ+ Expats, Immigrants & Friends in Portugal went ahead on the 22. May. And it was a lot of fun! Despite clashing with the final of the Eurovision Song Contest, we attracted quite some people. There was a lovely atmosphere with people chatting about moving to Portugal, how it feels living here and queer* life. Alongside we had some fun with a pub quiz, music and some other games.
We are planning another get together soon, so keep a lookout for the next edition!
Registering for events:
All events at the Quinta a free to attend. All you need to do is to register for them using the Zoom registration. This process is now the same for all Quinta events.
1) To register for an event, go to the events page and find the event you want to attend.
2) Find the link to register (usually towards the bottom of the page). This should look something like https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZLotsofRandomLetters!O
3) Click this link, and complete the form on the Zoom site.
4) You will get an email confirming your registration and the link for the meeting, usually within a few minutes.
5) Within the email, locate the “Click here to join” text, and click on it to launch the meeting.
