SUMMARY:Olive Harvest Week
DESCRIPTION:The olive harvest is a cherished tradition in Southern Europe and the perfect way to wrap up our season at the Quinta. It’s one of our favourite times of year\, when we come together to gather olives from the land—symbols of friendship\, peace\, abundance\, and sensual beauty. Olive oil brings us food\, light\, touch\, and connection\, making this harvest truly special. \nJoin us as we celebrate this rich tradition with our community. We’ll roll up our sleeves to pick olives\, then share in the joy of being together. Expect a week filled with laughter\, dancing\, singing\, great food\, and olives\, of course! Come be part of this celebration of love\, land\, and tradition. \nArrival/Departure\nPlease arrive on Sunday afternoon/evening (there is a bus arriving from Lisbon at 19:20). 
After arrival we have dinner together. The gathering ends on Friday midday. Space permitting\, you are welcome to stay on for the weekend. Please check with me before booking your travel! \nFacilities/Accommodation\nThe accommodation will be in shared sleeping spaces in the main house. \nFood\nAll food during the week will be cooked together and is shared (vegan) \nLocation:\nThe Quinta Project\, Marvão\, Portugal \nPrice: \nAll gatherings are free to attend. We ask for a deposit of €100 to secure your space. This deposit will be returned to you when you attend the gathering. If you fail to attend\, we will donate the deposit to ILGA Portugal. You will not be charged for food or accommodation. We cannot cover travel expenses to/from the Quinta. \nRegistration process:\nThis is a living\, experimental space where we work together to practice and model the kind of interactions we wish to see more of in the world. Before applying\, please consider whether or not you are committed to participating in a way that honours and celebrates the multi-faceted mission of the Quinta and that you are willing to co-create the week with your fellow participants. \nPlease read the gatherings FAQ first.\nOnce you have sent in the application form\, I’ll contact you to set up a Zoom call for us. During the call\, we can talk about any questions you may have. You then have a guaranteed place\, upon receipt of your deposit. \nPlease complete the registration form available here
