Hello from the Quinta, !

We are approaching solstice, and are now closer to longer days and more sunshine (in the Northern hemisphere at least!).

Surely that's a reason to celebrate and come together as a community.
Therefore, you are invited to join us on Thursday at 19:30 Lisbon time for a community pod "special" - where we will celebrate our community, what we have achieved this year ... and each other. Come and join us. More details will follow in your personal invite!

There is a special Gardeners' & Growers' Tea Time with the topic of olives! We have been harvesting as many as we could here at the Quinta, so it's the perfect time to find out more about them! Please bring your questions, suggestions ... and a cup of whatever you fancy!

This month, the book club will feature Eça de Queirós' The City and the Mountains. ... and in January it will be a comparison of two books set amongst foreigners living in the Alentejo: Monica Ali: Alentejo Blue and Afonso Cruz's Jesus Christ Drank Beer. Join us for some fun reading and great inspiration.
